All our programs are enabled by this easy-to-use technology platform. You can customize the WINSPIRE and WE-LEAD journeys for your organisation, choose from our repository of learning modules to avoid fatigue from repetition. The platform helps you calendarize programs to allow adequate time between modules for reflection, introspection, and action. Your chosen participants will be pre-registered and will receive calendar notifications, nudging them to avail of the various options to learn. The platform has individual dashboards for participants to track the learning hours completed, while you, the Sponsor can track progress of the program at an aggregate level.

The WE-LEAD Journey
Women Leadership, Engagement And Development (WE-LEAD) is a six-months program for women who have 12 to 18 years of work experience, ready to step into the next rung of leadership. As she embarks on this journey, we help her understand her leadership style and support in achieving her aspirations. Is she ready for the next role or is she hesitant for reasons known and unknown to her? Using a mix of methodologies we show her the mirror to help her gauge her readiness for the next challenging role.
The WINSPIRE Journey
A six-months program for women with 5 to 12 years of work experience. This modular, scalable program offers a mix of assessments, digital learning capsules and group coaching to equip her with toolsets and skillsets to successfully accomplish her goals. The learning and sharing in cohorts help her swap stories and build confidence, courage, and resilience to stay focused on her goals. Enabled by our technology platform LeadNOW, this program is easily scalable to meet your talent needs.
For Restarters
Using a week to three-weeks format, we help women who have taken a career break to smoothly transition back to work. Often worrying about how their families will cope with their absence, women suffer from a range of emotions that could hinder her self-confidence. We help them surface their fears, barriers to success, and instil confidence and self-esteem through a well-designed intervention.
For Young Women
Women often think of their careers as a series of jobs instead of crafting one for themselves. Most receive societal conditioning to expect disruptions aligned with their life stages. Designed to help women who have up to 5 years of work experience, our Career Awareness Program (CAP) sets the context for her career early on.
For Returning Mothers
Women returning to the workforce after a maternity break and those going on a maternity break need handholding as to how to manage changes both, at home and at the workplace. Having children is an emotional process. We help couples to adjust to these new, changing, and challenging scenarios through conversations and coaching.
